HSBC AI BRAND GOVERNANCE
For a brand as big as HSBC, brand governance is time-consuming, labour-intensive and costly. And the copy sign-off process is especially manual. To help make it more efficient, I worked with AnalogFolk's UX and tech teams to create a proof of concept for an AI-based copy governance tool.

The tool uses IBM Watson's sentiment analysis functionality.

I established a set of benchmarks to calculate whether copy met brand guidelines.

I wrote the tool's responses to help writers amend their copy and bring it closer to the correct tone.

The POC will be further developed into an MVP and tested with HSBC's content writers.
